Meeting for Members this Sunday

Join us this Sunday at 9:00am in the Commons for our member meeting! We’ll enjoy coffee and donuts together as we welcome new members, hear ministry and facility updates, discuss summer opportunities, hear from Pastor Steve as he prepares for his sabbatical, and affirm deacon candidates. Kids ministry will be available for children in 3rd grade and below. Otherwise, we would love to have the entire family join us for this important morning together.

Parking Lot Update

Major work is scheduled to begin on our parking lot project on Wednesday, May 13, and continue through Friday, May 15. This work will include milling, repair, paving and striping of significant portions of the parking lot and involves heavy equipment and construction activities that can create dangerous conditions. As a result, the church and its facilities will be closed to all ministries and activities for these three days. The church will be open for services on Sunday, May 17, and we will inform you of any changes to this schedule due to weather or other circumstances. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we complete this important maintenance project.

Koinonia Game Night CANCELLED

Unfortunately, the PrimeTimer’s game night has been cancelled for this week. Stay tuned for our next one coming up this summer!

Moms Connect Group, May 21

Whether you’re a new mom, raising preschoolers, chasing school-aged kids, or navigating the teen years, Moms Connect is a time to set aside for encouragement, meaningful conversation and shared experiences with other moms.

Please join us for Moms Connect Night on Thursday, May 21 at 7pm, hosted at the home of Christina Romans (891 Honeysuckle Cir. NE North Canton, 44720. We would love for you to come connect, be encouraged and build community alongside other moms.

Serving at PKS Camps

As we head into the 10-Year Anniversary Summer of Parkside Camps, we are reminded of all the amazing volunteers who give their time, energy, and love to help kids have an unforgettable summer while hearing about Jesus!

There are many ways to serve, including as a counselor, coach, or support team member, with both daytime and evening opportunities available throughout the summer. Anyone can volunteer! Our Embers Team (our youth serving team) has officially been finalized for the summer, but if any other middle school or high school students would still love to serve, we’d love to have you join us alongside a parent volunteer!

Need Teachers for Parkside Kids!

We are in need of teachers beginning this June for the new ministry year (June 25-May 26)! If you are a member and have a heart for Christ and children, we would love for you to join our team! You can also be a helper! If interested, please fill out this quick survey—we’d love for you to be part of what God is doing in the lives of these kids at Parkside Green!

Church Camping Trip

Our annual camping trip is back, and we are excited to try out a new location this year--Punderson State Park! We have sites reserved from Thursday, June 25th - Sunday, June 28th. Come for any number of nights or visit for the day! It is a great weekend of fellowship, with worship time on Saturday evening. Register here by Wednesday, May 20th. Questions? Crossroads (40s & 50s) Event

Are you a fellow bird nerd or nature lover? Did you know people come to Ohio from all over the world for warbler migration every spring?  Crossroads invites anyone from the church who is interested to join us Saturday, May 16 at Magee Marsh, just east of Toledo, for amazing views of God's creation. DivorceCare Support Group

If you're walking through the pain of separation or divorce, know that you're not alone—Jesus sees your hurt and offers real hope and healing through a caring, Christ-centered community. Join our compassionate DivorceCare support group, meeting weekly for 13 weeks in Room 142 at the church; register at divorcecare.org or contact John Lenzo (330-730-2433) or Felicia Lenzo (330-309-6625) to learn more and find the support you need.

Student Ministry at Parkside Green

If you have a student grades 6-12, we would love for them to get plugged into our student ministry here at Parkside Green! We have Sunday morning Equipping classes at 9am, weekly youth group on Sunday Nights from 6-8pm, annual retreats and missions trips, and more!  Text “pksgrnyouth" to 94000 to get weekly text updates or reach out directly to Pastor Mike at mterry@parksidegreen.org to learn more!

Open Gym Nights in the YAC

Looking for some midweek fun and fellowship? Join us Tuesday evenings from 6–8 PM for Open Gym at the YAC! Come shoot hoops and build community in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Bring a friend—especially someone who doesn’t yet know Christ—and let’s share life and faith together! All ages and skill levels welcome!

Please note: there will be no open gym on June 16 and July 7!
