The retirement years can be some of life’s most meaningful and rewarding, and we would love to walk alongside you in this season.
Primetimers is a community of adults 60+ who desire to continue growing in faith, building meaningful friendships, and using their gifts to serve others. Throughout the year, we gather to study God’s Word, enjoy fellowship, serve our church and community, and encourage one another as we follow Jesus together.
Whether you are soon to be retired or have been enjoying this season for years, there is a place for you. Come build friendships, find opportunities to serve, and continue growing as a disciple of Jesus while helping others do the same.
PRIMETIMER GATHERINGS
PrimeTime Ladies Coffee & Conversation - We will meet from 10am-noon at Ellen Schutter’s home on Friday, August 14. (1824 Swanhurst Circle NE, North Canton, OH 44720.) Our theme is You are Alive in Christ from Colossians.
Elijah at Ohio Star Theatre at Dutch Valley in Sugar Creek, OH! Come to see Elijah with us! When: August 27 Where: Ohio Star Theatre at Dutch Valley (Address is 1387 Old, OH-39 Sugar Creek, OH). Time: Lunch at 11am, show at 1:00pm. Cost: $70pp. (Contact Beth Wright for tickets at 330-221-2130.)
Game Night in August! Do you enjoy learning new board games? Would you love to just get together with others in our PrimeTimer group for a fun casual evening?

PrimeTimer's Portage Lakes Luncheon/Cruise! Ahoy! Join us at the home of Dan and June Ring on Sunday, August 30 after the morning service. We will be cruising on the beautiful Portage Lakes with Capt. Dan Ring at the helm! Let us know if you can make it by texting or calling Tina Toedt at 630-890-8353. Jimmy Johns and sides, plus water, will be provided. (The Ring's lake home is located at 3891 Bay Path Dr. Akron, Ohio 44319.) *If you have questions on mobility issues please let us know that, too. There are a few stairs.
Historic Ridgewood Artists' Showcase and Sale 10:00 am-1:30 pm on Saturday, Sept. 12
Do you like art shows and live music? This annual free event is outdoors and spread out in Historic Ridgewood along the historic brick-paved streets (primarily around 22nd to 25th St. NW in Canton.) Many attendees choose to park further down a side street and enjoy strolling past the historic homes. It's super fun for couples and singles! Wear comfy shoes and dress appropriately for the outdoors.
