CHRISTMAS PARTY SUNDAY!

It’s that time of year! All students are invited to SNY this Sunday, December 12th from 6-9pm for our annual Christmas Party! (Note the extended time!)

This will be our last SNY until January 9th, so we are very excited to spend time together in worship, playing games, and competing in our annual ugly sweater competition.

There is a BIG reward for the Ugly Sweater competition this year, so students will want to make sure they go all out! (Hint: A full-ride scholarship to go on our Winter Blitz retreat!)

Also, students are encouraged to bring a batch of Christmas cookies to share!

See you all this Sunday! Bring a Bible, a friend, and your ugliest, itchiest sweater!

WINTER BLITZ 2022! SIGN-UPS OPEN

All students 6th through 12th grade are invited to attend our first ever Winter Blitz retreat the weekend of January 28-30! The theme of the retreat is "Reclaimed" which will focus in how God can redeem every part of our lives and our stories.

The cost of the the retreat is $100/student. If you register by January 1st, you get a early bird discount of $10!

This covers travel, lodging, food, speaker/worship, and all the activities provided by Bair Lake (ice climbing, tubing, zip line, ropes course, and so much more!). Scholarships are available so please reach out to Mike if you would like to pursue a scholarship for your student(s)! Our goal is to make a way for every student who desires to attend.

This retreat will be taking place at Bair Lake Bible Camp located in Jones, Michigan and will include other youth groups in attendance. You can find more info about Bair Lake and their ministry here!

ADVENT SERIES ON SUNDAY MORNING

Students are invited to join the adult Advent class in room 116 during the 9am hour beginning this Sunday all the way through Advent.

We thought it would be great for families to be together as we discuss the meaning, purpose, and reality of the Advent season so that you can practice Advent in your own homes.

So, for the next 4 Sundays, there will be no Sunday morning Lesson in the YAC and all students are encouraged to join the class in 116. Mike will be there helping to facilitate and teach if you have any questions!

How can we be praying for your family?

As a youth leadership team, our desire is to come along parents and students to see them flourish in their relationship with Christ. One of the fundamental ways we do that is through prayer! So please let us know how we can be praying for your family here.
